Be yourself 100% of the time!

As a manager, a leader, and a business professional, it is important not let society place you in a box. If you cannot say “NO”, you have no business being a leader. We all have dreams and goals that we want to accomplish but never forget that they belong to you. If you want to be a doctor,
a film director, a comedian or all three, then do that.

We are all familiar with the comedian and actor Katt Williams, but just in cause you are not, I will give you some history. Katt Williams is a born in Cincinnati, Ohio but was raised in Dayton, Ohio. He attended Colonel White High School, and was a great student I might add. Katt received a full scholarship to The National Science Academy in Dayton, Ohio because of the awards he won for science projects. He purposely failed the test so he could get disqualified from the program.

Katt left Ohio to pursue his passion of comedy. After a few years of being homeless in Miami, Katt Williams got his big break and the rest is history. With this being said, this man knew what he wanted and went after it. Not only has he done comedy, he has a been in movies, such as “Friday After Next” and “First Sunday.”

If you are familiar with Katt Williams work, then you know that it is raw and uncut. At the end of the day, it is just comedy. At one of Katt Williams recent shows, someone take offence to Katt’s style of comedy and the media made it out as if Katt Williams had never told comedy this way. Katt Williams is a comedian period, and it shows every time he is in front of a camera. All i'm saying is be yourself 100% of the time. Here are two videos to prove my point.
